Transumbilical Breast Augmentation, commonly referred to as T.U.B.A., scarless or belly button breast augmentation and Endo BAM, is the surgery to increase the breast size by implanting breast implants through the umbilicus, or navel.  This surgery has proven itself to be a faster and less invasive procedure--creating a larger breast without visible scars on the breasts or in the armpit.  This surgery has created a lot of controversy in the past by those who do not know how to perform it.  Surgeons who have not been trained in this technique often scoff at its safety and efficacy even though there are less complications and less physical stress to the patient with this particular method.
